The CSE Alliance LLC & its affiliates, collectively known as (the “CSE”).

 

1. I want to make a t-shirt/hat/sticker with the CSE logos. Do I need to fill out the permission request form?

As long as you’re making the items for yourself, you do not need to seek permission, but you do need to abide by the brand guidelines. See the Terms and conditions. However, if you’re planning on distributing the items – even for free – permission is required.

2. We love the CSE™️ logo, why do you request that we use the more recent logo when representing the CSE?

it’s actually designed to represent the CSE. The current CSE logos are the official brand for the CSE group of companies, and we ask that you use them to avoid confusion and maintain consistency throughout the community. Should you be interested in acquiring rights to use the CSE™️, please contact the trademark owner, Raj D Patel.

3. I’m giving a presentation that relates to CSE and want to include the logo on my slides. Do I need to fill out the permission request form?

No, as long as you abide by the logo guidelines, you’re welcome to use the logo in your presentation.

4. My new product is based on the CSE logo, and I want to include it in the product name. Do I need to fill out the permission request form?

We do not allow the CSE trademark to be used as part of a product or company name.

5. I’m a huge CSE fan and want to include the CSE logo on my personal website. Do I need to fill out the permission request form?

No, as long as you abide by the brand guidelines, you’re welcome to add the logo to your personal website to promote CSE Alliance LLC™️.

6. I’m writing a book on CSE Alliance LLC™️. Do I need to fill out the permission request form to use the logo or marks?

Yes, if you plan to use one or more logos as part of the title or otherwise on the cover of the book.
